In addition to traditional bridging loans and short term finance Balmoral provide a Development Finance proposition.

For development clients who own land, have planning permission in place but are are unable to begin the development due to funding issues Balmoral can often be the perfect partner.

We will partner with the developer to not only provide the funding for the project but also work very closely to become a business partner with the developer. We can assist with planning and regulatory consultancy, vendor / supplier selection, financial management of the project and overall project management and development consultancy from our in house consultants.

Obviously Planning Consultants often have many clients who are in this position for various reasons. The Planning Consultant has advised for the initial planning application however the client is unable to proceed with the next stage as they are unable to raise the funding required.

A Planning Consultant can often provide a very detailed and professional outline of the background of the development and client as well as providing a third party reference for the potential developer.

We aim to ensure that all Planning partners have access to our funding lines on behalf of their client. We provide ongoing support and information and well as offering training in the information we require and our underwriting criteria to ensure an efficient service is achieved for the client.
