We will partner with the developer to not only provide the funding for the project but also work very closely to become a business partner with the developer. We can assist with planning and regulatory consultancy, vendor / supplier selection, financial management of the project and overall project management and development consultancy from our in house consultants.
Obviously Planning Consultants often have many clients who are in this position for various reasons. The Planning Consultant has advised for the initial planning application however the client is unable to proceed with the next stage as they are unable to raise the funding required.
