Development Finance

Development finance from Balmoral

We know what it takes to get a development project to completion and sale. With a deep insight of property development and property investment, Balmoral is superbly positioned to offer a development finance proposition tailored to help property developers to complete projects that have stalled.

In today’s climate, securing funding to get a development project completed – or even to get a new project off the ground, can be a daunting prospect. Blanket refusals from many principal lenders are the norm; even in those situations where the viability of an individual project can be demonstrated clearly. This can be especially frustrating in those situations where relevant planning permissions have been secured, work has began and the project is near completion.

The answer comes in the form of development finance or loans from Balmoral. Our approach is unique. We partner with developers in a joint venture arrangement and provide both funding and expertise to support the developer throughout the development project to completion.
