Bridging Finance

from Balmoral

I need to raise finance: the problem…

The high street isn’t meeting the needs of business. Whether it’s to invest in property, provide an injection of cash or raise finance to exploit a new opportunity, the inflexible policies of traditional lenders often mean that business owners find it impossible to obtain funds.

A bridging finance arrangement from Balmoral could be the answer. This is an interest only, short-term loan secured on the value of your property. We can arrange short term bridging finance loans from £100k to £1m.

I have been turned down for finance elsewhere

Balmoral has complete discretion to consider bridging finance applications on a case-by-case basis. Previous problems in securing credit (such as a bad credit history or CCJs) need not necessarily prevent you from obtaining bridging finance from Balmoral. As a responsible lender, we look at all relevant circumstances surrounding your application.

The solution offered elsewhere isn’t sufficient for my needs

Loan to Values (LTV) offered by Balmoral will depend on a number of factors including your CV, income and credit circumstances, the purpose of the loan and the condition of the property. Taking this all-inclusive approach to assessment, we can very often offer higher LTV rates than the industry norms.

Contact us enquiry@nullbalmoralbridging.co.uk and one of our team will call to discuss your circumstances and provide you with a decision and quotation within a few hours.
